Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your FlareSocial account and everything synced to it at any time, including accounts created with Google, Facebook or an email link.

How to request deletion

1. Email flaresocial@akaind.ca with the subject “FlareSocial data deletion request”.
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us which address and sign-in method (Google, Facebook or email link) you used.
3. We confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days, then email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in record (email address, name, account ID).
• Everything synced to it: your deck, saved workspaces and brand pack settings.

Data on your own device

Anything you created while signed out lives only on your phone. To remove it, clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall FlareSocial. You can export your deck to CSV or JSON first if you want to keep a copy.

Removing Facebook or Google access

To stop FlareSocial receiving information from Facebook, go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and remove FlareSocial. For Google, go to your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections.
